1. This Site Is Informational

Everything on this site — service descriptions, project examples, pricing language, and estimate requests — is informational only. Submitting an estimate request form does not create a contract, and nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, quote, or commitment to perform work.

Actual project terms, scope of work, price, and schedule are established in a separate written agreement between you and NorCal Earthworks. No verbal or electronic communication through this site substitutes for a signed contract.

2. Service Availability

Services described on this site are available within our service area at our discretion. We do not guarantee availability in all locations or at all times. Service offerings, service areas, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Scheduling is subject to crew availability, equipment availability, permit timelines, and weather conditions.

3. Your Responsibilities

When submitting an estimate request or entering into a project agreement, you are responsible for providing accurate information about:

• The property address and physical access conditions
• Known underground utilities, structures, or environmental concerns
• Any permits, HOA restrictions, or easements that affect the work
• Your legal authority to authorize work on the property

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect our ability to perform the work safely or at the quoted price. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to authorize work on the subject property.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate provided — whether through the website form, by phone, or by email — is an approximation based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if site conditions, scope of work, or permit requirements differ from what was described in the estimate request. Changes to scope are addressed in a written change order before additional work proceeds.

5. Limitation of Liability

This site is provided “as is” for informational purposes. NorCal Earthworks makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of the content. To the extent permitted by law, NorCal Earthworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on information found here.

Liability for actual construction work is governed exclusively by the written project contract between you and NorCal Earthworks, not by these website terms.
